Safety is paramount at YTC, both to protect the well being of its workforce and to exceed the safety requirements of the customer. A NOSA safety programme has been implemented, and YTC has successfully managed to achieve a four-star rating, which is managed by a safety division with qualified staff to ensure the ongoing adherence to stringent safety standards.

Comply with local and national environmental requirements

Ensure compliance with industry accepted safe work practices

Establish and implement the necessary management systems to control all activities in the workshop and on site, which may impact on the health and safety of employees or the environment

Continuously assess the safety maturity of its workforce to better manage their behavior with rehgard to safety

Maintain the current NOSA rating or equivalent based system to support safety management

Partner with customers in improving the safety performance on their sites

Create an environment of zero injuries, zero environmental pollution and zero material losses.
